Special Sauce Fish Dinner At Restoran Shin Hing, Ipoh.

It was about a year ago that I had wanted to bring Friend (A) to eat a special fish dish, cooked with a special sauce. It is not the usual sweet sour sauce or the common assam sauce. Unfortunately, the cook shifted away from the restaurant and moved his business elsewhere.
Few days ago, Friend (B) informed me that she found the special sauce fish.
My thoughtful Friend (B) took 2 snapshots of the above to show me and gave me the location.

The stall is located towards the back of Restoran Shin Hing, at Jalan Pengkalan Barat, off or parallel to Jalan Pasir Puteh, Ipoh. It is opposite the SPPK, between Old Town White Coffee and Public Bank. Off days are not fixed. You can call 016-5011681.
The colourful building is a kindergarten.
I called friend (A) and yesterday (Thursday) evening we had dinner at Restoran Shin Hing.
We ordered Deep Fried Tilapia Fish with the special sauce, garnished with mint leaves.
The fish was crispy and the sauce very appetizing.
Eggplant cooked with minced meat and spring onions with sauce.
Deep Fried Chicken with sticky sauce and pickled ginger cubes.
Total cost for dinner inclusive of white rice
MYR 38.80 (approx. 9.47 USD)

And all your citizens shall be taught by me,
and their prosperity shall be great.
You will live under a government that is just and fair.
Your enemies will stay far away; you will live in peace.
Terror shall not come near. If any nation comes to fight you,
it will not be sent by me to punish you.
Therefore, it will be routed, for I am on your side.
