Dinner With Friends At Restoran Hung Ting, Ipoh.

Last week, we played host to our dear friends from Seremban. They arrived in the afternoon on Monday, spent a night with us and left for home the next day. It was a short trip for them and we hope to meet up again next month.

I was in no mood to cook dinner especially with such hot weather.

We brought our friends out for dinner at our favourite restaurant. The place was packed with customers and we were just in time to get a vacant table near the entrance. Below were our orders for 6 people.

Steamed Herbal Chicken. Very flavourful.

3 Flavours Pork Rib - very appetizing with lots of garlic, preserved salted black beans, curry leaves, etc. Goes well with white rice.

Young and tender baby french beans stir fried with salted egg.

"Kong Po" Mantis Prawns with dried chilies, onions and spring onions.

Another of our favourite dish - Grouper fish slices in wine and goji berries soup.
