Our friends asked us whether we were interested to join them for a Japanese food dinner buffet on the 31st July. Tickets needed to be booked, paid and collected within 3 days from date of booking. Finally, we were a group of 9 people going for the dinner buffet. If I have heard correctly, the buffet is a once a month event.

DeleteIf you eat a few raw oysters, you would have eaten your money's worth. Any discount for senior citizens above 60?
ReplyDeleteMun, I only ate 1 raw oyster and I couldn't eat another one. I never thought of asking about the discount for senior citizens because the booking was done by a friend.

DeleteNo wonder it is only once a month. It would take a huge crew to prepare all this yummy food. So much! Here, we have lots of Chinese places, but not near as many Japanese.
ReplyDeleteThe wide varieties are a feast to the eyes. Japanese food is increasing in popularity here.

ReplyDeleteI am back from my journey and finally have some time to finish catching up with everyone. This Japanese restaurant looks like it has the best food. Yum. I think you live in a place with lots and lots of good places to eat. I don't have that at my house. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteThank you, Erika. Welcome back from your journey. We do have lots of places serving good food in the place I live. We are spoiled for choice.
DeleteYummy indeed! Huge variety of food to indulge in.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Irene. Too many choices to choose from. Our tummy space is limited!
DeleteWow so much food! I always get a bit stressed at buffets coz I'd be strategising how to get my money's worth. The desserts look really good at this one. Oo those crabs... but I see your comment, only 1 per diner hahaha.
ReplyDeleteThere were many items I would love to taste but there was no more space in my tummy.
DeleteOnce in a while, me and my buddy love to go for Japanese Buffet Dinner, can eat a lot and get very full after that, but once in a while is okay lah
ReplyDeleteI used to enough buffet lunch & dinner when I was younger but now due to age, digestion system slowed down, so can't eat much at one go. So for my age, not worth going for buffet.
