After the visit to the National Museum, we waited for the next Hop-on Hop-off bus at the pick up point or bus stop. (I will be sharing the photos taken in the museum in future posts.) We hopped on the bus and we continued with the garden route tour until we reached the #1 Bukit Bintang Interchange. To continue with the city route tour, we will have to board another bus.
Before we continue, we wanted to find something to fill our tummy. We haven't taken anything since our breakfast. We asked one of the promoter in a nearby shopping complex where we could get some nice food. He pointed us to the opposite shopping centre and we found ourselves in the food court in Lot 10. For 4 people, we ordered the following food to share.
Hokkien Mee @ RM 15.05 (incl. 6% service tax)
Cantonese Style @ RM 15.05 (incl. 6% service tax)
Char Siew (bbq meat) Wonton Noodle @ RM12.60 (incl. 6% service tax)
We bought 2 pieces of Baked Siew Pau RM 4.90 and
2 bottles of Herbal Drink RM 10.00 (no picture to show)

After lunch, we walked back to the Hop-on Hop-off #1 kiosk.
We waited quite a while for the city route bus.
Probably due to the heavy traffic condition in the city.

Why is Hokkien Mee so dark? Lots of soya sauce? The char siew looks great.
ReplyDeleteIt must be the dark sauce. This is the darkest Hokkien mee I have tasted. It tasted very good. Even our friend who normally won't eat Hokkien Mee loves it.

Not scary at all. It is just a name "Hop-on Hop-off" for the bus tour. I wouldn't go if I have to jump on and off a moving bus! Lol!
