The reason for taking light breakfast was to keep space in our tummies for lunch. We wanted to go for bak kut teh (herbal pork rib) lunch in Klang.
We decided on Teluk Pulai Bak Kut Teh as there are also other restaurants serving the same type of food. The lunch hour crowd was already there and we could smell the herbal pork rib as we sat at the table, waiting to order our food.
We ordered Chinese tea for 5 people.
We rinsed the small tea cups with hot water.
The tea cup is so small that you could easily gulp down the tea in one mouthful.
5 plates of white rice.
The fragrance of the herbal soup created a great appetite in us.
Bak Kut Teh (herbal pork rib soup) with assorted ingredients.
Stewed deep fried chicken claws or chicken feet.
Sorry, I know this picture may seems gross or disgusting to some people.
One man's meat is another man's poison.
Stewed pork leg (dry version).
One not enough, we ordered another pot.
With this dish alone, we were tempted to order more rice.
A plate of Chinese crullers.
These are good to eat when dipped into the herbal soup.
After lunch, we stopped at I-City mall.
We passed by this banner and wondered what it was all about.
I googled and found that it is an Asian fusion food advertisement.

As far as God is concerned there is a sweet,
wholesome fragrance in our lives.
It is the fragrance of Christ within us,
an aroma to both the saved and the unsaved all around us.
