Noodles For Breakfast & Dinner

One fine morning, we drove all the way to Bercham to satisfy our craving for beef noodle and beef soup. It is not easy to find tasty beef noodles and soup in our area.
"Wat Tan Ngau Hor" or beef slices noodle in thick gravy
"Ngau Lam Lopak Tong" or Beef and daikon soup

For dinner, it was a simple home cooked dinner.
I had this ready made spicy dried prawn sambal in the fridge. All I need to do it have it heated up. This makes a tasty condiment for the noodle, especially the dry version.
Stir fried stubby okras and brinjals (from my garden) with spicy dried prawn sambal.
2 fried eggs without runny yolks.
Need to use up these 2 eggs before I buy new eggs for the fridge.
 2 plates of cooked noodles.
One with soy sauce for hubby and the plain one for me.
Sometimes I get lazy but instead of eating out, I just cook a simple yet satisfying dinner.
