At one time, we used to frequent this eatery for the fish head curry. One evening, hubby remembered this place and we came here for our dinner, just the two of us. It was quite early and the place was not yet packed with customers.
LET'S ROCK, Cowan Street, Ipoh.
This place is known for its fish head curry and fish paste stuffed goodies (liew).
It opens for evening business.
There is a stall selling mini pancake "apom".
We ordered a small portion fish head curry in a clay pot with lots of ingredients consisting of okra, tofu puff, long beans, prawns, etc.
Hubby and I ordered 2 plates of plain dry noodle to eat with the curry.
This small portion is more than enough for both of us.
An appetizing meal for a cool, rainy evening to warm us up.
Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labour;
If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.
Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
(Ecclesiastes 4:9-11, NIV)
