As I am typing today's post inside my house, it is bright and sunny outside. Today is Friday and I am joining the Skywatch Friday meme. Here are 2 photos of our majestic Ipoh Railway Station with the beautiful blue sky that I have taken while we were passing by on our way for our lunch.
Ipoh Railway Station is one of the heritage buildings in Ipoh.
The tree in the centre is 1 of the 2 existing "Ipoh" tree in Ipoh city.
I have been missing my favourite noodle (pan mee) at this shop for a long time. When I was still working, we used to enjoy the pan mee here. I would love to have pan mee for breakfast but hubby doesn't like pan mee.
If you are a pan mee fan and are interested, here is the address:
Kedai Makanan Sun Seng Fatt (middle, corner shop), Jalan Leong Sin Nam, Ipoh.
But now I can once again enjoy this pan mee again, not for breakfast but for lunch. Hubby can order from the rice stall and I can order my favourite pan mee from the noodle stall.
Here is my favourite pan mee (wheat flour noodle, crispy deep fried anchovies, minced pork, mushrooms, green veggie and egg in anchovies soup)
It was a super yummy noodle lunch for me, feeling so satisfied and filled.
Linking to Skywatch Friday.
So if you faithfully obey the commands
I am giving you today - to love the LORD your God and
to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul -
then I will send rain on your land in its season,
both autumn and spring rains,
so that you may gather in your grain,
new wine and olive oil.
I will provide grass in the fields for your cattle,
and you will eat and be satisfied.
(Deuteronomy 11:13-15, NIV)
Now that lunch is filling I would think. Interesting to see that egg in the soup. Love the sky...and the Scripture verse!
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear. The egg is optional. Have a beautiful day!
DeleteYour lunch looks delicious!!! I had no idea how many kinds of noodles there are!! Once again, I love the scriptures you chose for this Friday post!
ReplyDeleteIt's not Friday YET here in Texas! I am spending the night with my sister so we can all leave together for a trip to the beach in the morning!
We have many types of noodles over here. I am sure you and your sister are looking forward to the morning. Have a great time at the beach!
DeleteLovely blue sky.
ReplyDeleteNow I miss pan mee. There is a new place near my house, I have not try it. Sellinv pan mee only. Maybe I should go and try it out.
Thank you, Rose. Go and try to find out whether it is good or not.
DeleteNancy, I am a pan mee fan too!

ReplyDeleteThank you, Gosia. I think you would love it.
DeleteNice clear blue skies!
ReplyDeleteHmm normally the chilli for pan mee isn't like that? More green and 'chunky'.
Thank you, Stacy. We can choose the different types of chili.
DeleteI am jealous you have clear blue sky with bright sunshine & over here we have gloomy & crying sky almost everyday. Make me sick. I am a fan of pan mee & like all the ingredients except fried anchovies. The egg is very nicely done.
ReplyDeleteHello Irene, I wish I could send you some sunshine and blue sky over to you. Take care and I hope you are in good health. I like fried anchovies if they are crispy and not hard.
DeleteExcelente trabalho e belas fotografias.
ReplyDeleteGostei.
Um abraço e bom fim de semana.
Thank you, Francisco. Have a wonderful day!
