Sunday Desserts At East Cafe, Bercham.

We woke up last Sunday morning to be greeted with a gloomy sky. Below are some hazy sky pictures taken about 7.40 am in the morning.

I needed to water my plants before I leave for Sunday celebration. After Sunday celebration, my friend and I will have lunch together. If I do not water my plants in the morning, especially in this hot weather, they will be half dead by the time I reached home.
A few Sundays ago, I ordered these yummy dumplings....
from the above stall in L&L Food Court in Bercham.
Last Sunday, there was a special celebration in church with buffet lunch been served. After lunch, my friend and I went looking for an air con cafe for desserts and fellowship.
We spotted this East Cafe with a banner showing sweet desserts, etc.
Simple and cute menu......
Looking for sweet desserts - Sunday's special.
Cost of desserts @ MYR 2.50 per bowl (approx. 0.64 USD).
My friend's Barley Ginkgo with dissolved bean curd sweet drink.
And Pumpkin with Tapioca sweet drink for me.
We will come back to try the other items in the menu.
~ Joining Saturday's Critters ~
This one was giving me full attention while the other engrossed in something else.
Ain't he cute? Now, have you finished with this pose?
Here, how about this pose, lying down?
His friend was still very busy....
Linking with Saturday's Critters.

Many say that God will never help us.
Prove them wrong, O Lord,
by letting the light of your face shine down upon us.
Yes, the gladness you have given me is far greater
than their joys at harvest time
as they gaze at their bountiful crops.
I will lie down in peace and sleep,
for though I am alone, O Lord, you will keep me safe.
(Psalm 4:6-8, TLB)
