Newly Opened Restoran Wan Chai Dim Sum & Bak Kut Teh, Ipoh.

Last Wednesday morning, we had a breakfast date. Our friends came to pick us up from our house and we went all the way to Canning Garden to try out the dim sum at a newly opened restaurant. At this new restaurant, they serve dim sum for breakfast and bak kut teh (pork rib herbal soup) for lunch. For this particular morning, our purpose is to taste the dim sum and the bak kut teh will have to wait for another day.
These four types of items came first.
Deep Fried Prawn Dumplings.
Deep Fried Salted Egg & Meat Rolls.
Deep Fried Yam Balls (Woo Kok)
Steamed Prawn Dumplings (Har Kau)
So sorry for this photo. We almost finished this plate of Chee Cheong Fun when I remember I have forgotten to take a photo. So a half finished plate is better than no photo. Lol!
This small plate of sweet and spicy prawn paste (sambal) came together with the Chee Cheong Fun. Thumbs up for this plate of sambal. So yummy!
Our friends wanted to order more food but we declined. I had a lunch date with the golden girls and I need to leave room in my tummy for lunch.

Thank you, friends for a wonderful breakfast and fellowship.
