It was the last day of September when we were inform that our friend and her husband will be visiting Ipoh. This friend had earlier visited Jerusalem and she brought back some red wine for us to taste.
We were invited to join our friends and sister for lunch but hubby and I couldn't made it because we had a lunch date with another friend.
We informed them that we will be able to meet up after lunch at their sister's house.
It was wonderful to meet up with our friends. Later, we went to a nearby food court for our afternoon drinks and snack. Our friend brought along the red wine.
This was the bottle of red wine brought all the way from Jerusalem.
Cana wedding wine of Holy Land.
Everyone had a taste of the red wine, just enough not to make us drunk!

Thank you, friend for taking the trouble to bring back the wine for us to taste.

Our friends love pork belly - so its pork belly stewed with wood fungus.
Assam chicken meat with okra (ladies fingers)
Steamed silky smooth and soft tofu with minced pork+salted fish on the sides.
Stir fry baby kailan.
It was a great dinner and wonderful fellowship.

The following photos from Lim Ko Pi are for joining Tuesday's Treasures and Image-in-ing.
Saw this old antique fan standing in the corner. It is still in good working condition.

Come, let's talk this over, says the Lord;
no matter how deep the stain of your sins,
I can take it out and make you as clean as freshly fallen snow.
Even if you are stained as red as crimson,
I can make you white as wool!
(Isaiah 1:18, The Living Bible-TLB)
This wine fascinates me. It could be from a vineyard hundreds of years old! I like the label, too.
