Fried Noodles With Charcoal Flame In Gunung Rapat, Ipoh.

We woke up early and were looking forward to our morning walk at the recreational park. As we got down from our car, I quickly took out my smartphone to take snapshots of the lovely sunrise. It was a beautiful morning. The birds were singing and we could feel the cool breeze blowing.

 It took less than a minute for the sky to light up.

For dinner we decided to have fried noodles instead and someone mentioned Gunung Rapat. This time we wanted to try a new place.

 This place is opposite the SJK(C) Gunung Rapat.

 It is a corner house with side extension.

 There are 4 cooks frying the noodles over charcoal stoves.

 Gunung Rapat is known for fried noodles over charcoal flame.

 The place was filled with customers and we managed to get a table for 4 people.

 On that particular evening, these 4 cooks were frying non stop.

 Calamansi juice with salted plum with ice - 4 glasses.

 1 plate of fried rice vermicelli.

The fried noodles are all in single portion.

 We ordered 8 pork balls.

 2 plates of mix noodles.

 1 plate of wat tan hor (flat rice noodle with gravy & egg)

4 people shared the above food for our dinner.
