My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth

and someone should bring that person back, remember this:

Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them

from death and cover over a multitude of sins.

More Critters From Tanjung Bungah Beach, Penang.

For today's post, here are the remaining critters shots taken at the Tanjung Bungah beach in Penang. I didn't expect to see some of these critters at the beach but they were there. I will start from the roof top where the swimming pool is.
A shining black crow perched on a lamp post.

It flew down to get a drink from the swimming pool.

Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow [seed]
nor reap [the harvest] nor gather [the crops] into barns,
and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them.
Are you not worth much more than they?
(Matthew 6:26, Amplified Bible-AMP)
Chicken at the beach.
These critters belong to the fisherman community.
Taking a cat nap.
 I am riding a skateboard.
Would you like to join me?
 A curious puppy.
With sad eyes and big upright ears.
It followed us to the beach.

It wanted to make friends with me. It came to lick my toes.
So sad to see us leave.....goodbye, my friend......

Travelling From Tanjung Bungah, Penang To Taiping.

I slept quite well on the second night in Penang and woke up refreshed the next morning. It was still early and we walked down to the beach.
There was a splash of gold in the morning sky.
Slowly, the gray clouds began to cover the sky.
I love the sound of waves lapping on the shore.
After breakfast, we started our journey back to Ipoh.
We used the Penang bridge to cross over to the mainland.
We decided to stop in Taiping and our first stop was at Antong Coffee Mill because our friends have not been there before. Hubby and I first visited this coffee mill about a year ago and you can click here if you are interested to visit the post.
The gold statue of the Chinese revolutionary Dr Sun Yat Sen (on the right) was placed in front of the old house he once stayed in. The house is now used as an office and a showroom by the Antong Coffee Mill. Many of the old antiques are still kept in the house. Antong coffee mill has been in existence since 1933.
The old fashioned method of frying the coffee beans over wood fire.
We went over to the showroom to taste the different types of coffee available. We went up the stairs to look at the antique items on display.
We bought some instant coffee powder for our own consumption.
Kopi O Kao means Thick, strong black coffee.
We also bought these snacks to go with the coffee.
Coconut cookies on the left and crunchy bread fingers on the right.
Below are some old treasures from the showroom to share with you.
An antique tea sets
An antique microphone.
An antique chair.
An antique safety chest, a hat and a rattan basket.
Antique hot water flask, enamel mugs and enamel tiffin carrier.
A porcelain flower vase.
An antique holder for Chinese writing brushes and hand fan.
These are just some of the photos in my collection.

Then Daniel answered and said before the king,
"Let your gifts be for youself, and give your rewards to another.
Nevertheless, I will read the writing to the king
and make known to him the interpretation.
(Daniel 5:17, English Standard Version-ESV)
