Happy New Year 2017 to my friends and readers!
Wishing God's love, peace, hope and joy to you and yours for the new year.
One afternoon, hubby came home from work and he wanted something to eat. I didn't want any rice so I suggested beef tripe soup and noodle. The best place I could think of at that time was the shop near the Buntong government clinic. The shop's name is Kedai Makanan Dan Minuman Desa Rishah and is located at No. 3, Persiaran Desa Rishah 1, Taman Desa Rishah, Ipoh.
We ordered a bowl of Beef Tripe & Radish Soup to share.
This is one of my favourite soups.
Some Deep Fried Items to share.
Some of these beef and meat balls to share.
And a plate of mixed noodles just for hubby (dry version) and none for me.
Though they have been going through much trouble and hard times,
they have mixed their wonderful joy with their deep poverty,
and the result has been an overflow of giving to others.
(2 Corinthians 8:2, The Living Bible-TLB)

DeleteTripe soup sounds similar to something hubby's family makes in Venezuela.
ReplyDeleteI am sure the soup makes in Venezuela tastes great too!
DeleteI'm Abby from Malaysia. I stumbled across your blog which I reckon to be very informative. Recently, I bought 5 cuttings of Bali Hai yellow and deep red frangipani through online nursery. I kept them in a small container and now they have started to sprout new leaves. I have limited space in my garden. When I saw your way of growing frangipani in a container, I thought of asking about the size of the pot you have been using for your frangipani plants. I can't grow them as a tree and how do you control their growth. What kind of pot do you use and what is the diameter and height of your container? How often do you prune the branches so that you maintain the plant's height. Please share your techniques with me...Thanks a lot.
ReplyDeleteGod Bless You
Thank you, Abby for your visit and comments. I have earlier emailed to you. Happy new year.
