We have been having very bad haze these few days. I think we will have to cancel our early morning walk tomorrow morning if the haze condition doesn't improve. The following morning sky photos were taken before the haze appear.

The following are 2 dinners which I cooked with vegetables harvested from my garden.

Dinner #1
Malabar Spinach from my garden.
I have some fresh pineapple which was not very sweet. The pineapple was used to cook a sweet sourish dish with the malabar spinach.
Steamed eggs with water (sui tan in Cantonese)
I used fresh chicken eggs, salted egg, century egg, water, salt & pepper.
Sprinkled with garlic oil before serving.
This succulent is easy to propagate.

Dinner #2
Steamed home grown white and purple eggplants, and stubby okra.
Drizzled with garlic oil, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Sambal petai prawns
Prawns, stinky beans and spicy dried prawn paste.
Steamed water egg (sui tan in Cantonese).
Ingredients: fresh chicken eggs, home grown spring onions, water, salt and pepper. Drizzled with garlic oil and soy sauce before serving.
Home cooked appetizing dinner for 2 people without any rice.
A plate of noodle for hubby.
