It was a weekday. I slept late but woke up early for our early morning walk.
7:17 am - Plain, with a tinge of pink in the sky.
Hubby wanted to take breakfast at Restoran Tet Shin which we haven't been for a long time. For the past months, we have been having breakfast nearer to home.
Hubby wanted to take breakfast at Restoran Tet Shin which we haven't been for a long time. For the past months, we have been having breakfast nearer to home.
Our usual drinks: "Kopi O Kosong" or black coffee without sugar and "Kopi C Kosong" or coffee with evaporate milk without sugar.
Steamed glutinous rice "loh mai kai".
A small packet of nasi lemak
A plate of mee jawa.
Hubby and I had good appetite that morning and we shared the food.
Friendship with God is reserved for those who reverence him.
With them alone he shares the secrets of his promises.

ReplyDeleteMe too, Libby!
DeleteA filling and delicious breakfast!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Angie.
DeleteI used to drink coffee with skim milk, no sugar every morning. But, I don't drink it anymore because it causes insomnia at night.
ReplyDeleteI only drink coffee in the morning. If I were to drink coffee or tea in the late evening, I too won't be able to sleep till wee hours of the morning.
DeleteLo mai kai and mee jawa are my favourites too!
ReplyDeleteWe have the same liking.
Delete...the mee jawa would be my choice.
ReplyDeleteGood choice.

ReplyDeleteLately, we have been used to a smaller amount compared to this.

ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteLooks a good breakfast very different from mine.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Margaret.
DeleteOnce again a wonderful tasty looking breakfast, although so very different to what I eat in the morning.
ReplyDeleteOur breakfast also includes Western breakfast eg. cereal, egg, or toast.

ReplyDeleteA solid breakfast.
DeleteYummy filling breakfast! I think that if I'm going to stuff myself, might as well do it in the morning compared to evening. Feel less guilty haha.
ReplyDeleteBetter to have heavy breakfast than going to bed with a heavy dinner.
DeleteWhat a beautiful sky!
ReplyDeleteThank you, William.
