This is another warm morning with no cool breeze being felt in the early hours of the morning at the park.
There was also no spectacular sunrise to start off the day.
But I was happy with that morning's harvest of snake long beans, white brinjals and limes from my garden.
We have been drinking lime juice everyday. Lime juice with salted plum is great for quenching thirst on hot days.
I have decided of using these long beans to make egg omelette. Hubby is starting to get bored with these snake beans but I enjoy eating them.
Snake long beans and egg omelette.
That evening I also deep fried some pre-marinated chicken wings.
We ate these 2 dishes without rice for dinner.
It was a very satisfying dinner.

All of them ate the same spiritual food,
and all of them drank the same spiritual water.
For they drank from the spiritual rock that traveled with them,
and that rock was Christ.
