Today is 9th day MCO. I woke up about 8:00 am. It was too late for sunrise. After breakfast, hubby resumed his painting work on the concrete wall fence in front of the house. He also fenced up the gaps on the walls to prevent stray cats from entering our compound. He is good in keeping himself well occupied. The MCO has been extended from 14 days to 28 days as announced by our PM yesterday afternoon.
Sunrise 7:35 am, Tuesday morning, 7th day MCO.
Yesterday morning, the old mobile phone I was using conk out on me! I was left with no mobile phone to use. Just my luck, 2 mobile phones died on me in less than 2 weeks. I thought I will have mobile fasting until the MCO is over but thanks to a dear friend's generosity, she lent me her spare phone. I hope I will be able to return her phone in working condition because the battery needs to be charged twice a day. Then her father-in-law suggested that I connect Whatsapp to my PC to lessen the burden on the mobile phone battery. It was a good idea and I got it set up on my PC in a few simple steps. I am now using Whatsapp on my PC without having to worry about the battery going flat.

What we had for dinner on Sunday, 5th day MCO.
Green Amaranth sauteed with garlic and salt.
We bought this bunch of yin choy or green Amaranth for RM 4.
When things were normal, this would just cost RM 2.
Steamed Chinese pork and liver sausages.
Char choy or pickled mustard root, carrot and pork soup.
Dinner for 2 people.
Mural of a potter shaping his clay jar outside a school.
And yet, O Lord, you are our Father.
We are the clay and you are the Potter.
We are all formed by your hand.
(Isaiah 64:8, The Living Bible-TLB)
