We will be bidding 2015 goodbye in a few days time. Before that I want to thank God Almighty for a blessed year even with its many ups and downs. God has been faithful and He is faithful!
These blessings came through a good friend of mine.
Many thanks to the giver and the middle person!
I have been wanting to buy these Petunias from the plant nursery. The flowers are in so many colours that I couldn't make up my mind. God knows and blessed me with 4 pots of multi colours. There are 2 pots where the plant blooms different coloured flowers.
On closer look this plant has many shades of purple.
This one has a bigger size flower.
Aren't they beautiful?
And my own frangipani plant in full bloom!
One morning a friend phoned up to say she was bringing something for us.
It turned out to be a big bunch of bananas, freshly harvested from her garden.
This is one of the many baby plants I received from another friend.
I love its bright and striking yellow bloom. Just 1 bloom is enough to brighten up the corner of my garden. We were also blessed with many other things by many people but you know who you are. Thank you for your gifts even though I have no photos to show.
It was a last minute decision to put up my Christmas tree and I just decorated it with whatever I have. Hopefully next year I will remember to get new ornaments to hang on the tree.
"Your children hasten back,
and those who laid you waste depart from you.
Lift up your eyes and look around;
all your children gather and come to you.
As surely as I live," declares the Lord,
"you will wear them all as ornaments;
you will put them on, like a bride."
(Isaiah 49:17-18, New International Version-NIV)

ReplyDeleteEvery year I start mine from seed that I buy from our seed supplier. I've been growing them as bedding plants every year for about 50 years. They last until the killing frost in my flower beds.

Thank you, Small Kucing. Greetings are never too late. If you have the space, it will be good to plant your own bananas so that you will know for sure they are not treated with chemicals. I don't have the land, am wondering whether I can plant it in a pot! Hahahahah!
