Lunch & Fellowship With Old Friends At Restoran Caterbest, Bercham.

Last week, we were informed that a friend will be back for a few days holiday in his hometown. We made arrangement to meet up at his sister's house. They are my hubby's childhood friends.

It was about 1 pm when we reached Bercham, Ipoh.

It was a sunny day.

For the past few days, we had clear blue sky for the earlier part of the day.

Not surprising if it rains in the late afternoon or evening.

We chatted a while and we (6 or us) got into 2 cars.
It was about 1.30 pm and we drove out to look for lunch.

We thought of a few places but finally decided on Restoran Caterbest.

This is a halal restaurant and is pork free.
We need not have to wait long for our food to be served.

A tofu dish with an assortment of veggies and mushrooms.

Deep fried crispy Nestum Chicken.

A small portion of Kerabu Paku Pakis (cold salad dish).

A small portion of stir fried paku pakis with belacan.

Steamed fish.
Total cost of dinner for 6 people MYR 151.80 (approx. 35.43 USD)
(inclusive of rice, tea, peanuts and towels)
