A Day For Home And Hospital Visitation

As usual, we woke up early and prepare for our early morning walking exercise at the recreation park in our housing area. It was to be a full day with a home visit in the morning and a hospital visit in the late afternoon.
Time to leave for our walking exercise.
Hope to do at least 3 rounds of walking around the lake.
Sometimes we go 4 rounds.
An uprooted tree due to the recent thunderstorm and strong wind.

After our walk, we went to a nearby coffee shop for breakfast. And at the same time to buy some food for a friend whom I will be visiting later in the morning. Saw this pretty cat next to our table.

Hubby ordered his breakfast and I ordered a hot drink for myself, keeping my stomach for brunch with my friend. The cat got up reluctantly to leave.
It went a bit further from our table and sat with its back towards us. Probably it was shy or was not happy with our presence, he he....
These food were for our brunch at my friend's house.
Three pieces of Chinese pancake with peanuts, sugar filling.
2 pieces of yam (taro) cake.
And 2 small tubs of slightly sweet soya bean curd (tofu fah).
My attention was attracted by some noise outside the hall. I took a look and saw a few birds perched on the gate.
My movement near the window must have frightened off the birds except for this lone one.
When I moved away from the window, the birds came back and were busy eating the leftover dog food.
Again my movement cause them to fly away and this bold one lingered behind.
It went back to enjoy its meal.  Could this be the Common Myna bird? It can be very noisy.
After the home visit, I went home.
After a short rest, took my bath and set off to meet 2 other friends for a hospital visit in Batu Gajah.
At the hospital, after we have visited the patient, we sat here and chatted with the daughter. This is a nice visitors and patients corner.
Took a snapshot of a male banana tree. This will not bear fruit.
After hospital visitation, we were caught in the traffic jam because of the after office peak time. Reached home just in time to take a bath, and met up with friends for dinner. Early next morning will be sending a friend to the bus station.

How do you know what is going to happen tomorrow?
For the length of your lives is as uncertain as the morning fog
- now you see it; soon it is gone.
