Assam Laksa Noodles Under Shady Trees in Gunung Rapat.

Two Fridays ago, a message came on the Whatsapp and it said, "I am hungry, I feel like eating laksa." It was about 2 pm and I replied, "Yes, I am keen!" Then another message said, "I want also, please come and fetch me from my house."

 And that was how we came to this roadside stall in Gunung Rapat. It is located along Persiaran Gunung Rapat 6, next to the Dewan Tokong Fook Tat Chee (temple hall).

 It opens daily from 12.30 pm and rests (off day) on Wednesday.

 An appetizing, mouth watering bowl of laksa.

2 bowls of laksa noodles for 3 aunties plus...

a bowl of fish cakes, fish balls, tofu, etc.

And one of the best iced lemon drinks with sour plum from the neighboring stall.
