Delicious Laksa For Supper At Petaling Street.

It was a blessing to be in the company of some wonderful young adults who are almost half our age (hubby and I). And the best thing of all is that we all enjoy food! The topic on supper was being discussed even before we finished our dinner. After dinner which was about 7 pm, we walked back to our hostel to rest and by 9 pm plus, we were walking out to Petaling Street again. We knew what we wanted to eat and the young people led the way to this laksa stall. I didn't take a snapshot of the stall but I did remember to take snapshots of our bowl of yummy-licious laksa!
Hubby and I shared this bowl of Assam Laksa with a piece of crispy fried beancurd roll. Just look at the generous amount of fish meat.
Due to the poor lighting, the broth may not look good but in actuality, it was tasty.
Walking towards Petaling Street.
The night market is packed with tourists and locals.
Both sides of the street is lined with stalls set up by the vendors selling all kinds of stuffs.
We didn't buy anything from Petaling Street except looking for food. We left behind countless of footprints on Petaling Street during our 3D2N stay.
Stained glass windows of a church next to the hostel.

One of them was Lydia, a saleswoman from Thyatira,
a merchant of purple cloth. She was already a worshiper of God
and as she listened to us, the Lord opened her heart
and she accepted all that Paul was saying.

  6. That looks like the assam laksa I love! Is it down a dark side street? If you look around you can see cages of live chickens? This stall also sells good curry laksa if so.

    1. I think it should be the same one. It was too dark to see clearly but I heard that it is besides the market. Yes, it has both assam laksa and curry laksa.

    1. Ha ha...I know it is just along the Petaling Street and next to the market. It was dark and I couldn't get a clear picture of the stall. The business starts around 3 pm.

    3. I think it is at the entrance of Petaling Street wet market. I am not sure whether it is the same stall as the one opposite Hotel Chinatown Inn. The business is run by 2 old aunties and 1 old man.

  15. The tower is beautiful, and so are the flowers. The last flower is really stunning, I have never seen one like it. It looks very exotic! I think it is like a breath of fresh air to visit with much younger people.
