Sumptuous Dinner At Lung Shun Hin Seafood Restaurant, Hong Kong

Hong Kong, Day 2 - Dinner.

Our dinner appointment was at Lung Shun Hin Seafood Restaurant and when we arrived, Pete's wife and daughter were already seated at the table waiting for us. Pete's wife had ordered the food in advance and the moment we were seated comfortably, dinner was ready to be served.
For starter, we had the Roast Combination of BBQ Pork, Roast Pork, Chicken, etc.

Lobster Noodles with Superior soup.

Roast Goose - every mouthful was tasty, juicy and meaty.

Tender Roast Spring Chicken.

Salad rolls - tasty and crispy on the outside.

Deep Fried Calamari or Squid.

Deep Fried Pork Rib - tender and tasty.

Mixed vegetables - celery, sliced roast goose meat, radish, cashew nuts, etc.

Fish Maw, Black Mushrooms, etc. in clay pot.

Steamed Rice with Pork Rib, Mushroom, etc. steamed on lotus leaf in rattan tray.

Fried rice.

Winter Melon Soup consisting of Prawns, Roasted Duck stock, etc.

Winter melon soup very soothing for the body after a long day. We enjoyed extra helpings of this tasty, soothing soup.

Steamed Grouper Fish.

Steamed Abalone.

These abalones were very fresh and meaty, Yums, yums!

Thick succulent abalone!

Our tour leader taking his time to enjoy his piece of abalone.

And finally our desserts - Longevity buns with lotus paste as filling.

Black Sesame Paste Sweet Dessert and not to forget fresh oranges.

Since arriving in Hong Kong, we have been feasting on such overly scrumptious meals and our tummies have been working overtime.

While conversation was still going on, some of us went out to the balcony to catch some beautiful night view.

Breath-taking view from where we were standing.

For once I was not afraid to walk to the railing and look down to take this photo. I used to be so afraid that I would not want to go out to the balcony at all. All praise to Lord, Jesus Christ. It was a miracle!

At the end of the dinner, there was so much of left-over. As we all do not like to waste good food, we agreed to pack up the left-over.

When you have eaten your fill, be sure to praise the LORD your God
for the good land He has given you.
But that is the time to be careful!
Beware that in your plenty you do not forget
the LORD your God and disobey His commands,
regulations, and decrees that I am giving you today.
Do not become proud at that time and
forget the LORD your God, who rescued you.
(Deuteronomy 8:10-11, 14, New Living Translation-NLT)

  4. wow, I will go for the lobsters noodle. Since there is abalone, is this meal more expensive than the RM300 per pax meal?

    1. Mun, the lobster noodle is good! Compared to the seafood dinner at Sai Kung, this one is cheaper, even with the abalone.

  5. Wow, that is a lot of food. So many things on the menu that I have never tasted and don't know if I will ever get to try. It was nice to see them. I enjoyed the night scenery photos too and am glad to hear that God helped you over your fear of heights. I feel the same when I am in open and high spaces. Blessings. x
