Home Made Minced Meat In Bean Curd Rolls

Some mornings there is no fabulous sunrise to greet us at the recreational park. We (hubby and I) try to walk between 5,000 to 6,000 steps each morning at the park.
Our smartphone has an app to record the number of steps we walked. The smartphone has to be with us as we walk. Our target is try to reach 10,000 steps or more each day.
Looks like the hot weather is good for this yellow hibiscus in my garden.
Surprisingly, 2 other hibiscus plants have no sign of flower buds at all.

We were at the Aeon Falim because our friend wanted to buy food for her dog.
While waiting for her, I took photos of whatever captured my attention.

I have been wanting to made minced meat in bean curd rolls for a long time.
Finally, I had the chance to make these meat rolls.
Cooked Chinese cabbage with garlic for dinner.
Looks very plain and not attractive but good enough as roughage.
These were what I cooked that evening.
Cut 3 meat rolls into pieces for dinner and kept the rest in the fridge.
My home made minced meat in bean curd rolls for dinner.
Some we heat up to eat as snack.
I saw and tried to take a snapshot of this lone white egret from a moving car.

Sing praises to the Lord!
Raise your voice in song to him who rides upon the clouds!
Jehovah is his name - oh, rejoice in his presence.
He is a father to the fatherless;
he gives justice to the widows, for he is holy.
He gives families to the lonely,
and releases prisoners from jail, singing with joy!
But for rebels there is famine and distress.

  15. Those meat rolls are versatile, you can take a few out of the freezer every so often. Just the initial effort of making them only!
