Seafood Curry For Dinner

I woke up early yesterday morning, 31st day MCO. I went out to check the sky. I unlock the gate and look up and down the street in front of my house. It was empty and very quiet. I have to be alert to my surrounding. I quickly took a few snapshots of the sunrise and went back into the house again.
Lovely sky at 6:50 am.
The sky looks so different at 6:52 am.
On the opposite side, view of the Kledang Hill at 6:57 am.
The rising sun hidden by grey cloud at 7:18 am.

Breakfast
Home made stewed duck noodle.
I used dried Cintan noodle.
Breakfast for two people.
~~~~~
Lunch
I boiled sweet porridge with mung beans, red beans, dried longan, pandan leaves (screwpine leaves) and brown sugar.
Hide and seek.
I chose this picture for Saturday's critters.
Dinner
I have a packet of seafood curry paste. I had shelled prawns but no fish. I have fish paste in the fridge so I used it to fry fish cake. I have no coconut milk so  I used milk instead. It was too troublesome to go out just to buy one or two items when we are under MCO.
Seafood curry with ready made curry paste (A1 brand).
Ingredients: shelled prawns, fried fish cake, cauliflower, tomatoes, onions and milk.
Our 1 dish (seafood curry) with steamed rice for dinner.
I divided the curry into 3 portions. The 2nd and 3rd portions will be used for tomorrow's breakfast and lunch.
After dinner, before locking the front gate, I went out to the road to snap this view of the Kledang Hill at 6:45 pm. These days, we lock up early. Under MCO, we have the police patrolling the area to make sure we stay home and stay safe.
Linking to Saturday's Critters.
The Lord is my fort where I can enter and be safe;
no one can follow me in and slay me.
He is a rugged mountain where I hide; he is my Savior,
a rock where none can reach me,
and a tower of safety. He is my shield.
He is like the strong horn of a mighty fighting bull.
(Psalm 18:2, The Living Bible-TLB)
    1. I used frozen raw duck I bought from the supermarket. You will be surprised. Actually my sons don't quite like stewed duck.
  15. Great idea to use cow's milk instead of coconut milk. I should experiment with curry powder.
