This was a Sunday, 7th day of MCO 2.0. We went out early in the morning to deliver some stuff to hubby's friend in town. Since we were in town, we decided to buy something which we haven't eaten for a long time. Before MCO, we will have to wait about 30 to 45 minutes for the food to be served but that morning, hubby was the 2nd in queue for our favourite Chili Pan Mee at Kedai Kopi YW.
Breakfast for 2 on a Sunday morning.
Chili Pan Mee (dry version)
Ingredients: Thick noodle, crunchy deep fried anchovies, meat, mushroom, wood fungus, sauce, spicy chili flake oil.
Egg and vegetable in clear soup.
Spicy sambal belacan (shrimp paste)
Home made drinks: Milo and Nescafe.
After this satisfying and filling breakfast, it was time for online church.
Hubby was feeling a bit dry in his throat, so he went out to buy a few sachets of the above medicated tea.
I opened a sachet, placed the teabag in a mug, add a salted plum and poured boiling water into the mug. Let the tea steep in the mug covered. This medicated tea is claimed to be effective in moderating health problems such as bad breath, mouth ulcer, sore throat, cough, flu, lethargy, and etc.

Home cooked dinner for 2.
I took out the frozen roast pork and vegetable acar to thaw.
Roast pork stir fried with ginger strips and chopped garlic, onions, oyster and soy sauce, sugar, a little bit of water, and spring onions from my garden. I put aside a portion and sent it to our friend.
Vegetable acar.
An appetizing dinner on a Sunday evening.
My son, honey whets the appetite and so does wisdom!
When you enjoy becoming wise; there is hope for you!
A bright future lies ahead!
(Proverbs 24:13-14, The Living Bible-TLB)
That dinner looks good and I love the dry version of noodle.
