One of my sons came back to visit us for a long weekend after a lapse of almost 6 months. Due to the high number of infected cases, we are prepared and braced for some form of tightening to the movement restriction to be announced some time today.

Home cooked dinner for 3 people.
Our son has been missing home cooked food, so he requested for 2 items.
He can't do his own cooking because he stays in a rented room.
Item 1 - Peanut and lotus root soup.
Stir fried clams (lala) with garlic, ginger, spring onions and chili).
Saute green vegetable (free choy sum given by a friend).
It is wrong to sentence the poor and let the rich go free.
He who says to the wicked, "You are innocent,"
shall be cursed by many people of many nations;
but blessings shall be showered to those who rebuke sin fearlessly.
(Proverbs 24:23-25, The Living Bible-TLB)
How nice you can have your son home with you and what delicious food you've made for him! :)
ReplyDeleteHope that you had a great weekend! Ours was a nice quiet one at home with the 3 day Brisbane lockdown due to there being a case of coronavirus outside hotel quarantine, but lockdown ends tonight as there have been no more cases :)

We all miss our mother's cooking.
DeleteOur son loves my wife's cooking when he comes home from school.
ReplyDeleteAt least your government is doing something about the virus. They have not really done much of anything here in the US and our infection rate shows it.
Thank you, Yogi. We really hope it will help to curb the virus.
