Home Cooked Hokkien Prawn Noodle

I had some frozen prawns in the freezer and ready made Hokkien prawn noodle paste packages bought from Penang.

I bought the ready made Hokkien prawn noodle paste on our previous visit to Penang before we came under CMCO again.
I used the packet frozen scallops (gifted from my neighbour) and some frozen prawns. Cooked the scallops and prawns in the Hokkien prawn soup and shelled the prawns.
I didn't want to go out just to buy some kangkong or water convolvulus. So instead of kangkong, I blanched some Chinese chives that I harvested from my garden.
I cooked 2 bricks of dried non-fried noodle in boiling water.
Every item prepared and ready for dinner.
Placed the ingredients on top of the noodles and scooped the soup into the bowl.
Now you can see the noodle hidden under the ingredients. We had enough soup for 4 bowls, so we kept the remaining soup for the next meal.

But how can I ever know what sins are lurking in my heart?
Cleanse me from these hidden faults.
And keep me from deliberate wrongs; help me to stop doing them.
Only then can I be free of guilt and innocent of some great crime.
(Psalm 19:12-13, The Living Bible-TLB)

    1. I used non-fried dried Cintan noodle. No recipe to share because I used ready made paste bought from Penang. Just add water to the paste, boil it and prepared all the other ingredients such as prawns and etc.
