Antique treasure.
Antique record player.
Saw this at the Gopeng Museum.

The warm weather made the cook feel tired and lazy, so kitchen was closed.
Hubby went out to buy takeaway clay pot chicken rice.
Clay pot chicken rice with sour mustard green.
This place also serves ready cooked dishes with white rice.
When that time comes, people will no longer say,
'The parents ate the sour grapes,
but the children got the sour taste.'
Instead, those who eat sour grapes
will have their own teeth set on edge;
and everyone will die because of their own sin."
(Jeremiah 31:29-30. Good News Translation-GNT)
The hills /low mountains in your neighbourhood look lovely. That record player is a treasure indeed.

DeleteMy kunyit leaves are flourishing! So big, so nice to wrap fish and put in the oven to bake - like the one in my blogpost today. It gives a much nicer fragrance than banana leaves. It will often flower too!!! Nice to use for cooking and for ulam.
ReplyDeleteWowwww...so many prawns in the kway teow/mee! That must cost quite a bit!
Hmmm... I must try to use the kunyit leaves to wrap food to bake in the oven or even for pan fry. Love the nice fragrance of the leaves.
