Choosing From The Many Long Prom Dresses

Just this month alone, I have two weddings and dinners to attend. This is not surprising as the year-end holiday is just round the corner. I am sure some of us will be receiving one or more wedding invitations from relatives, friends, colleagues or our contacts as wedding invitations are being sent out,

What do most women think of after they received a wedding invitation? This is my personal opinion and you may disagree with me but I am sure as the important date draws nearer, you will be thinking of what to wear to that wedding ceremony or that wedding dinner. Whether we are prepared or not, these days we can easily buy ready made dresses from online stores. Modern day women are spoiled for choice. These online stores offer dresses for all ages, all sizes and for all occasions, formal or informal.

For those who are looking for evening dresses, you can visit newarrivaldress.com which offers many lovely and elegant evening and long promdresses. You can choose from these dresses that comes in various shade of colours depending on your preference. Some are in pure white, sweet pink, sexy black, burgundy, sky blue, etc. Here are some long prom dresses I have chosen to share with you in this post.
The first dress that I am attracted to is this long backless dress that has a stylish round neck with long sleeves. I like the colour of the dress featured by the model. There is a 29% off if you choose to buy this dress.
The second dress is this glamorous strapless white dress of tulle lace appliques and you can get this at 50% off.
And finally, a sexy black lace long dress that is sleeveless and backless. And this you can buy and enjoy with a 53% off.

Heavy Brunch In Penang

On short notice, my friend invited me to join them for a 1 day trip to Penang. Since I have nothing on that day, I accepted the invitation. It was a leisure drive and we reached Penang about 11:00 am. We were looking forward to our first meal i.e. brunch as we were very hungry by then since we didn't take any breakfast.
A plate of chee cheong fun Penang style with hae ko or shrimp paste. This version is more on the sweet side compare to what we have in Ipoh.

After brunch, we bought some Nyonya kueh and glutinous rice dumplings to take home.
Then, we crossed the 2nd Penang bridge back to the mainland and headed towards the newly opened Ikea shopping mall. For most part of the journey back to Ipoh, it was raining heavily. Thank God for journey mercy.

Prawns & Pineapple Curry For Dinner

We have been skipping our early morning quite often these days due to the monsoon season. There are mornings when we woke up to find it raining outside. This is one of the mornings when we get to walk at the park. A lovely sunrise for a brand new day.
 The rising of the sun.
Reflection of the rising sun in the lake.

From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets,
the name of the LORD is to be praised.

Out of the blue, I had this craving for prawns and pineapple curry.
I had prawns in the fridge and all I needed was to buy a pineapple.
This prawns and pineapple curry is very appetizing because it is sweet and sourish. Just looking at this picture makes me drool.
I also cooked yam (taro) with dried prawns, garlic and spring onions.
I have lots of sweet potato leaves and I just have to harvest some from my garden to cook with spicy prawn paste. I can eat lots of vegetables since I didn't cook any rice.
My tiny purple orchid flowers.
