Birthday Celebration At Yeolde English, Ipoh.

The following dinner was a birthday treat from one of our friends. For hubby and I, this is our 2nd visit to Yeolde English at Bandar Baru Medan Ipoh. Altogether, there were 6 of us coming together to celebrate our friend's birthday. A nice cool evening breeze was blowing as we sat in the open space, waiting for our orders to be served. The following were ordered for our dinner.
Black Pepper Lamb
Black Pepper Chicken
2 plates of Chicken Maryland
Mushroom Chicken
Chicken Chop with Ham (we didn't expect such a thick slice of ham)
This was after the ham was moved aside.
The chicken was right at the bottom.
I only took photo of this big glass of Lychee & 1 glass of mix fruit juice. It was a very hearty and filling dinner. May we continue to enjoy this beautiful friendship for many more years to come.
The day started with a misty morning @ 7.20 am.
Sending our friend off at the bus station the day after the birthday celebration.
8.30 am - A short glimpse of the morning sun peeking through the cloud.
The sun was nowhere to be seen @ 10.00 am.

He spread out a cloud above them
to shield them from the burning sun
and gave them a pillar of flame at night to give them light.
(Psalm 105:39, The Living Bible-TLB)

  1. I don't think I would have eaten this ham slice, it does not look even cooked, and too thick. I LOVE the sun peeking out, that is so pretty!

    1. Thank you, Ginny! Just in time to catch the peeking sun before it was covered by the cloud.
