Misty Morning & Bee Farm, Cameron Highlands.

It was a cold night in Cameron Highlands. Early next morning, I opened the door to the balcony and took these misty photos. The time was about 7.00 am.
The white patches are the roofs of farms.
Back view of The Square as viewed from the balcony.
View of the Copthorne Hotel (Equatorial Hotel), a short distance away. The long rolls are the roofing for the farms.
We walked over to The Square to check if the shops are opened for breakfast.
It was too early and most of the shops were still closed at 7.30 am and some were in the midst of getting things ready for business. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast.
The road was almost dessert except for one or two cars.
New development on the other side of the road.
Flowers by the road side.
We walked back to the apartment building to get the car and drove to Tanah Rata for breakfast. I didn't take any photos of our breakfast. We took Indian breakfast - tosai, vada, paruppu vadai and pulled tea with milk (teh tarik) and nescafe. Breakfast for 6 people cost MYR 32.00.
There is a Bee Farm next to The Square. We visited this farm before we checked out from the apartment.
This bee hive is blocked off by glass panels. We can see bees flying around this box.
All about bees, bee hives and honey.

Bee mugs, bowls, saucer & ash trays.
I bought a tub of pure & natural honey for MYR 55.00

Below is a tricycle with a stainless steel ice cream box
for joining Tuesday's Treasures.
Those days when I was a kid, we used to look out for the ice-cream seller coming in his tricycle carrying an ice-cream box. We could hear his ice-cream bell ringing before we could see him coming on his tricycle.

Fight on for God. Hold tightly to the eternal life that God

has given you and that you have confessed with such

a ringing confession before many witnesses.

  11. Your misty morning photos are gorgeous!!! Really pretty building with the colors painted on it. And I love the bee place, total bee decorations that are well done, and so cute! Were there any loose bees flying around? Such a cute ice-cream cart, I would have to buy some! I hope he has a bell to ring as he makes his rounds.

    1. Thank you, Ginny. There was no bee flying around us. The one on display was covered with glass panel to keep off the bees.

  23. Awesome mist spread morning and I really love and enjoy waking up to such environment. Yes, the cold weather can always delay the starting of day and the desert look looks encouraging for stroll. The bee farm looks interesting to visit and I really like the different kind of bee hives. During our vacation we get to taste pure hill honey and bought some for home.
