Dinner for 10th day MCO
Stewed Chicken
1 whole chicken leg stewed with potatoes, carrot and onions. I also add in some home grown long beans.
Steamed Purple Eggplant/Brinjals
These are bought from the supermarket. They are steamed with the skin on. Peel off the skin when cooled. Cut each into desired length, open them up to check in case of worms. Drizzled with olive oil and a mixture of oyster and soy sauce.
I did steamed some rice but realized that these 2 dishes were more than enough for the 2 of us. I kept the rice in the fridge. Will fry rice for this evening's dinner.
This Croton plant is placed in semi shade because of lack of space. If expose to full sun, its leaves will turn yellow.
Yellow gold cup flowers.
This plant was found growing in the same pot as my Water Jasmine plant outside my house. It found its way from under the Jasmine plant to seek the sunlight and is now showing off its bright yellow flowers.
This dog was probably waiting for its owner to come out from the shop.

Dear friends, don't be bewildered or surprised
when you go through the fiery trials ahead, for this is no strange,
unusual thing that is going to happen to you.
Instead, be really glad - because these trials will make you
partners with Christ in his suffering, and afterwards you will
have the wonderful joy of sharing his glory
in that coming day when it will be displayed.
