Beautiful Blue Sky & Piping Hot Clay Pot Noodle.

One morning last month, we were blessed with a beautiful view. We were driving home after breakfast when I captured these first 3 shots of the beautiful blue sky with a misty hill view.
It was about 8 am in the morning.
Our city is surrounded by limestone hills.
The mist almost covered the distance hills.
Hubby likes the popular "kai si hor fun" or rather his favourite yellow noodle with chicken strips and prawn slices at this restaurant. It was once my favourite too.
But now, my preferred noodle is this piping hot clay pot pre-fried noodles (yee meen). Sometimes, I will ask for misua (soft and fine wheat noodles).
I like some spiciness in my soup so I added some bird's eye green chili into it.
The one on the left is the stall selling clay pot noodles.
Back view of Ipoh's railway station.
By midday, rain cloud started to gather.
Linking to Skywatch Friday.

I know that the LORD is great,
that our Lord is greater than all gods.
The LORD does whatever pleases Him,
in the heavens and on the earth,
in the seas and all their depths.
He makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth;
He sends lightning with the rain and
brings out the wind from His storehouses.
(Psalm 135:5-7, NIV)

  10. Great photos of beautiful blue sky. I never had soup for breakfast. I've never seen it on restaurant menus either here in Canada but maybe they have it in ethnic restaurants.

  32. Beautiful blue sky! You are a morning person I see, waking up so early every single day without fail. I like to eat both yee mee and mee suah. I think the only noodle I don't like is Lai Fun that is too springy for my weak teeth.

    1. Thank you, Mun. If I am not mistaken I think the springy Lai Fun is the one we eat with assam laksa. Then I think you would like the Gopeng Lai Fun which is not springy. Have a wonderful day!
