Breakfast, Dinner & Saturday's Critters

The day started with a nice, cool morning. We woke up even before the alarm clock went off. We were very much refreshed from a good night sleep and we were ready for our early morning walk. We had not be out walking because it had been raining for the past few morning.
Captured this picture at the recreational park at 6.50 am.
After our walk, we drove to Ipoh for breakfast.
We ordered a plate of Teluk Intan style chee cheong fun.
It is steamed thin rice batter with chopped preserved veggie.
It is served with pickled green chili and spicy sambal sauce.
We also ordered a plate of roast pork to share.
That's all for breakfast for 2 people.

For a rainy day dinner, we ordered the following for 4 people.
A plate of Marmite chicken. Very flavourful, yum yum!
 And our favourite dish!
Fish head curry with an assortment of veggie & tofu puffs!

The following photos are for joining Saturday's Critters.
An uninvited guest (cat) came to enjoy a friend's garden chair.
It is making itself very much at home.
A friend sent me this picture of her nephew's pet dog.

God showed how much he loved us by sending his only Son
into this wicked world to bring to us eternal life through his death.
In this act we see what real love is:
it is not our love for God but his love for us
when he sent his Son to satisfy God's anger against our sins.

  21. Hmm the Teluk Intan CCF I have had don't come with any sauce. Just the dried chillies and some sambal/chilli.

That pet doggy looks like a teddy bear!
