Stir Fried Beansprouts With Chives & Stewed Pork For Dinner

One pot of chives was doing well and it was time to harvest them. After cutting the chives off about 3/4 to half an inch above the ground, they will grow back again. Since lately, we have been eating long beans egg omelette, I want to use them for a stir fry dish with a packet of beansprouts bought from the mini market.
Stir fried beansprouts and home grown chives with garlic and salt.
Stewed pork with potatoes, carrots and big onions.
We had the above 2 dishes for dinner without any rice.
Sunrise @ 7:10 am at the park.
The sunrise reflected on the pond.
Whatever turmoil may be happening around us, do not despair. God is still in control even though we may not feel it.
Gardenia flower with a nice scent.
Home grown Basil - the sweet basil cross pollinated with the Thai basil. Some of the leaves turned yellow due to the hot weather.

Turn me away from wanting any other plan than yours.
Revive my heart toward you.
Reassure me that your promises are for me,
for I trust and revere you.
(Psalm 119:37-38, The Living Bible-TLB)

    1. The same thing happens to me too. I tend to forget about the chives in my garden and will only remember when that is the only thing left to harvest.
