Coffee + Snacks At People's Park Chang Jiang White Coffee, Ipoh

After visiting the Tasek Cermin or Mirror Lake (here), we wanted some refreshment. A few places were mentioned and one of them is People's Park Chang Jiang, which our friends haven't been to. So, we drove to Ipoh old town.

The ladies ordered honey lemon.
Someone ordered unsweetened coffee-C with ice.
The glass jug came with the evaporated milk and ice cubes.
Another ordered unsweetened black coffee with ice.
A friend pouring the coffee into the jug.
We forgot to snap photo of the toast and 2 types of fried snacks that we ordered.
An old fashioned table lamp near us.
Traditional coffee/tea cloth filters.
Traditional metal door knockers used as drawer holders/pullers.
I like this traditional water jar.
An old fashioned dail phone.
Coffee tin with coffee/tea cup and saucer.
You can get free coffee/tea tasting and after that make your purchase.
As we were walking to our car, we passed by this cute kitty car.

For you have a new life.
It was not passed on to you from your parents,
for the life they gave you will fade away.
This new one will last forever, for it comes from Christ,
God's ever-living Message to men.

In the same way, we can see & understand only a little about God now,
as if we were peering at his reflection in a poor mirror;
but someday we are going to see him in his completeness, face to face.
Now all that I know is hazy and blurred,
but then I will see everything clearly,
just as clearly as God sees into my heart right now.

First Visit To Chang Jiang F&B Sdn Bhd, Ipoh.

Once again we, the Golden Girls decided to meet up for breakfast on Friday morning. That morning, hubby and I skipped our morning walk because we woke up a bit late. I went out to the garden to water my plants and this was what the morning sky looked like.
The time was about 7.35 am and the sun was like a fiery orange ball in the sky. We were warned of the extreme heatwave and told to stay away from direct sunlight.
Along the way out, I picked up my other Golden Girls and drove to the place recommended by my sister. This is not a new place but has been in business for quite a while.
There were a few cars ahead of us. We parked our cars and noticed these plants nearby. I have not seen an actual coffee tree, only from pictures.
Can someone please confirm whether these are coffee trees?
We found a big rusty old wok and a big ladle with a straw fan on top of a pile of wood in the compound. Its a pity we didn't see any information or description about these appliances.
Another rusty old wok over a firewood stove.
Cups and saucers.
Could this be the old fashioned coffee grinder?
Rattan steamer, cups and sauces, mugs and coffee strainer on an old wooden table.

This painting on the wall looks so real with the shining stainless steel mugs and coffee.
Another painting that looks so real.
Antique wooden chairs.
Antique wooden swing.
Great collection of antique chairs.
A set of antique rattan chairs and table.
Coffee cups decoration.
Chang Jiang White Coffee.
Wall painting of 2 packets of iced coffee.
While my friends went in to get a table, I was still busy taking photos. It was only about 10 am in the morning, and the shady car park was filled with cars. Will be posting on what we ordered and ate for breakfast in another post.
