Cameron Highlands BOH Tea Centre And Dinner At Likarli Restaurant, Ipoh

Today will be the last posting on our short holiday in Cameron Highland. After checking out from the apartment, we drove to the Sungai Palas BOH Tea Centre and Factory for a short visit.
The road is narrow and winding.
As we approached every sharp corner, the driver has to sound the horn to warn oncoming car from the opposite direction.
We saw some workers trimming the hedges at the edge of the road.
The centre and factory is open from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
It is closed on Mondays.
Visitors have to leave their vehicles at the public car park and walk up the slopes to the centre.
Pretty flowers in front of the centre.

Has anyone tasted these interesting items?
Cendol Cheese Cake & Nasi Lemak Cheese Cake!
We ordered tea and strawberry tart to try while we enjoyed the cool air.
And also enjoy the mountain covered with tea plants.
Later, visitors will walk down this path with steps to the public car park. We chose to walk down the tar road. From the tea centre, we drove on and then stopped at the Last Stop!
 These are the Cameron Apples.
Flowers of Cameron Apples. A friend took this snapshot.
Looks nice but I again missed buying some to try.
I will have to wait for the next trip to taste these Cameron apples.
 Green Passion fruits.
We timed our journey to reach the lowland in time for dinner at Likarli Restaurant in Bandar Siber, Ipoh.

Here ended our Cameron Highlands holiday and thank God for safe journey.

for his loving-kindness continues forever.

Lunch At Teh Tarik Place, Cameron Highlands.

Before we checked out of the Nova Highlands Resort and Residence, we went out to The Square in search of something to eat for lunch. We chose a place which suits everyone's taste buds. We settled for this Teh Tarik Place. "Teh tarik" means pulled tea.

Legend has it that "teh tarik" was invented in the 1800s when a Sultan wanted a different way to enjoy his tea. A young servant boy thought of a way to entertain the Sultan whilst he prepared the tea.

Initially, most of us were interested in the above dishes.

So finally, most of us settled for this great value set.

Michael and the angels under his command fought the Dragon

Cacti & More Flowers From Cameron Highlands

We also made a stop at the Cactus Farm. I thought I will just look around, maybe take some snapshots because I had no intention to buy any cactus. But then I was tempted when I saw these cute little cacti in the farm.
