When we received news that our friends will be back in Ipoh to celebrate their father's birthday, our group of friends made plans for a dinner gathering with them on the first night. Sun Lee How Fook Restaurant was the chosen venue and a friend took charge of the ordering of a sumptuous dinner.
First dish started with Seafood with lettuce.
Main ingredients - Pine Nuts, Fried Scallops, etc.
MYR 150.00 (approx. 37.44 USD)
Roasted piglet with crispy skin tog with steamed buns.
MYR 240.00 (approx. 59.91 USD)
These steamed plain buns came together with the roasted piglet.
Steamed Tiger Grouper with special sauce.
MYR 240.00 (approx. 59.91 USD)
Finally, the 4th dish - Fried Tofu with fish paste.
MYR 32.00 (approx. 7.99 USD)
We added a dessert - 8 Fried glutinous rice flour + sesame balls.
Totally forgotten to take snapshot of the dessert.

DeleteI like Cockscomb flowers, especially very red ones. Wow, that steamed tiger grouper is expensive at RM240!! So is the roast piglet and the RM150 for the stirfried scallops and pine nuts. Expensive dinner! Lucky that is a large group of you to share the cost and food.
