My Simple Home Cooked Dinner.

There was one afternoon when I felt like cooking dinner. I went to the fridge and took out whatever I could find. There was meat, tomatoes, a Japanese cucumber, a sweet corn and some potatoes. I defrosted the meat, seasoned it with salt and pepper & lots of chopped garlic and left it in the fridge until it was time to cook dinner.
This was my simple home cooked dinner for 2.
I found a can of mushroom soup, just nice for 2 bowls.
Pan fried Pork Chop seasoned with pepper, salt and lots of chopped garlic. The meat was tender and flavourful but without any sauce.
Cut one big tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and half a Japanese cucumber. The other half of cucumber kept for me to munch later on.
Steamed sweet corn. We love steamed sweet corn!
Cooked potatoes sprinkled with some pepper.
And I used this sesame sauce as salad sauce or dipping sauce.
It is near expiry date, so I need to finish it fast.
Love this sesame sauce recommended by a friend.

The following treasures are from Chang Jiang White Coffee (signature outlet).
 An antique oven and radio.
A cute metal table with enamel mugs.
Metal trays on wheels.

But this precious treasure - this light and power
that now shine within us - is held in a perishable container,
that is, in our weak bodies.
Everyone can see that the glorious power within
must be from God and is not our own.
