Prawn, Pineapple & Cabbage Curry For Dinner

A friend gave me a packet of prawns which she bought from the wholesale market. She requested that I can cooked the prawns anyway I like, when I like, and just gave her a small portion. She doesn't cook because she is busy with her food stall. Two days later, I decided to cook the prawns the easy way.

I checked my stock and found the above packet of ready made vegetarian curry paste. This is my first time using this brand. I had a pineapple and a whole head of cabbage in my fridge.
I used the vegetarian curry paste to cook the prawns, pineapple and cabbage curry. As you can see, the curry is pale without the nice red colour. Taste wise, it is mild and not spicy. This curry paste will be suitable for those who can't take spicy food.
I also made fish paste and minced pork patties with the remaining last portion of fish paste. Instead of balls, I made patties so that I can use less oil to fry the patties.
After hubby returned from sending the food over to the friend, we got ready for dinner.
The sweet Thai chili sauce dipping for the patties and the soy sauce for the curry in case the curry is not salty enough.
Dinner for 2 people with steamed rice.
We kept half of the curry and the patties for the next day's dinner.

And God has reserved for his children the priceless gift of eternal life;
it is kept in heaven for you, pure and undefiled,
beyond the reach of change and decay.

  13. The curry dish must be those very creamy ones since it is not spicy. Oh, but you didn't put santan, right? So it wouldn't be creamy.
