Dinner At Moonlight Treasure Restaurant, Pasir Puteh, Ipoh.

Last Sunday evening, we were invited to join our friends for dinner. Altogether there were 5 of us. We arrived at the restaurant in Pasir Pinji to find the place packed with people. When we were seated, we looked at the tables around us. Many were waiting to have their orders taken. From past experience, the waiting time will be very long so we decided to move to another restaurant nearby.
We were surprise to find a new restaurant here. The new restaurant named Moonlight Treasure Restaurant has taken over the premise of the former Restoran Loong Wah, which is located near to the Pasir Puteh wet market.
The main entrance viewed from inside the restaurant.
Took a snapshot of this fish painting on the wall while waiting for our dinner.
Deep fried chicken served on top of sweet, sour & spicy sauce with some pickles.
4 types of vegetables (Okra, eggplant, long beans and 4 angled beans) stir fried with spicy prawn paste.
Fried tofu topped with minced meat.
Pork belly with salted fish in clay pot.
Cost of dinner for 5 people - RM 81.00 (inclusive of rice and tea)
If you are interested, here is the address: Moonlight Treasure Restaurant,
No. 105 - 107, Jalan Chung Ah Ming, Pasir Puteh, Ipoh.

But this precious treasure -
this light and power that now shine within us -
is held in a perishable container, that is, in our weak bodies.
Everyone can see that the glorious power within
must be from God and is not our own.

We are always hesitant to try new restaurants --but when we find a new one that is GOOD, we are SO happy..... We do NOT enjoy long waits either....

    Thanks for sharing.

    1. Long waiting time is the norm at popular eating places. Whenever going out with friends, I usually leave the ordering to my friends.
