Queuing Up For Ang's Special Coffee, Lebuh Noordin, Penang.

From the Wonder Food Museum, we drove back to the hotel. We rested and prepared to check out of the hotel.
We noticed this queue at the road side stall from the hotel's car park.
We found out that these people were queuing up under the hot sun to buy coffee at this roadside stall.
There must be something special about the coffee. We were really curious, so we too joined in the queue to get a taste of the special coffee.
A mother and daughter team manning the coffee stall.
IWe were told that she started learning to make coffee from a young age.
This stall is open everyday excepts Thursday which is their off day.
This coffee stall is in Jalan Noordin.
It is facing this building
(Hotel Cititel Express and Hotel Wembly Penang)
One of the hot selling items is the Iced Coffee or "Kopi Peng"
These are all her coffee making tools.
She has her unique way of making her special coffee.
Finally, after queuing up for more than half an hour, we got our coffee.
It was our first time, we didn't know what to expect.
We decided to order 2 iced coffee and 2 hot coffee to share.
Hot coffee served with a star on the milky foam.
Iced coffee also came with a star on the milky foam.
We will be back again for this unique coffee!
Some claimed the coffee is over rated but we enjoyed the coffee.

I bless the Lord: O Lord my God, how great you are!
You are robed with honor and with majesty and light!
You stretched out the starry curtain of the heavens,
and hollowed out the surface of the earth to form the seas.
The clouds are his chariots. He rides upon the wings of the wind.
(Psalm 104:1-3, The Living Bible-TLB)

  10. On the Carnival ships where you can get hot and cold coffee these people can create any type of picture you want. It's amazing. Stars are just one of design. It could be anything. See ya Nancy.

  16. The coffee does look good, i enjoy hot and iced both.

Old lamps like that are great for decorating, i'm not sure i'd want to use them any more, though.

    1. If it is really good we wouldn't mind queuing up for the coffee if we have the time and the mood for it.

  20. I notice there are always people who say popular food places are over-rated. Guess food is up to individual tastes.

    1. Over rated or not, we just have to try it to assess for ourselves.
