From Chew Jetty, the sun is already blazing hot but we were game enough to take a walk to check out some street art and also to check out the street band.
This cute one is the first one we came across.
Some of the murals were faded.
A wooden food cart.
Taking a rest from the hot sun.
Meet the drummer of the street band.
Take a closer look at each of the drum components.
Male singer of the street band.
Introducing the electric guitar player.
Improvised from a tennis racket? Looks like, maybe not.
These elderly auntie and uncles are doing this for a worthy cause.
Using their time and talents to bless the work of St. Joseph Home for the underprivileged children. If you visit Penang and happen to see them, do give generously to this good cause. Thank you.
A friend pointed out this cute doggie at a doorway.
Trishaw at the standby to take passengers for a ride.
Another wall mural and bicycles for rent.
A cafe and another street art
Very old buildings and street art.
Finally, homeward bound.
Bye Penang, hope to see you again, soon!
For this world is not our home;
we are looking forward to our everlasting home in heaven.
