Home Cooked Pork Chop & Papaya Soup

The following photos were taken at the end of last year when the weather was much cooler. We could feel the fresh cool breeze at the recreational park especially during the early hours before the sun rises.
Even as I walked my rounds, I stopped every now and then to take snapshots of the sky.
The sky changes just like in a slideshow.
This is the opposite facing the sunrise.
The low clouds have hidden the distance hills.
This was taken from a moving car.
 There is new hope in every sunrise...

For this particular evening, we had home cooked dinner.
Home cooked papaya soup with pork ribs.
Home made pork chop seasoned with salt and black pepper.
One piece for hubby and one piece for me.
I made some gravy for the pork chop but not shown in the photos.
And a plate of blanched broccoli with garlic oil and oyster sauce for a balanced meal.

Surely the lowborn are but a breath, the highborn are but a lie.
If weighed on a balance, they are nothing;
together they are only a breath.
(Psalm 62:9, The Living Bible-TLB)

    Papaya is one fruit i’d never thought of using in cooking. We just eat it raw.
