Stay Home, Stay Safe, Eat & Grow Fat!

Yesterday, 21st day MCO with 7 more days to go. Will the MCO be lifted after the 7 days or will it be extended again? Most likely, we will have to stay home for another 2 weeks till end of April. May God bless the decision makers with wisdom to decide. Meanwhile, let us continue to play our part by doing whatever is necessary to protect ourselves and others from the virus. Stay home, stay safe, eat and grow fat.

~~~~~
Our breakfast
Breakfast for 2. No take-away food for hubby this morning.
Cheerful yellow flowers from my garden.
~~~~~
Lunch
Hubby went out to buy roast pork and stuffed bbq pork intestine @ RM20.
After his repainting work in the hot weather, he needs a nice chilled beer to go with the roast pork.
~~~~~
Dinner
Homegrown angled loofah and long okras cooked with dried prawns and egg.
Steamed a small piece of salted fish (mui heong) with ginger strips.
Home grown bitter gourd or bitter melon soup
Ingredients: bitter gourd, carrot, red dates, goji berries and chicken.
Steamed rice for hubby and wheat noodle (meesua) for me.
Dinner for 2 people
~~~~~
Supper
Stir fried rice vermicelli from our neighbour.
Since we had early dinner, we kept the noodle for supper.

After supper he gave them another glass of wine, saying,
"This wine is the token of God's new agreement to save you -
an agreement sealed with the blood
I shall pour out to purchase back your souls.

  19. We are in day 25 and I have never been busier. Spring is always hectic with lawn cutting and edges, Preparing the vegetable garden and planting. General spring cleaning. Meals 3 x per day and inventing dishes with what is available in the house. We are shopping every 2 weeks instead of weekly. Take care Diane

    1. You mean the angled loofah with egg? You can sauteed any greens and when it is cooked, just crack an egg into the dish which has some liquid, stir and dish out from the kuali.
