Three weeks ago on a Saturday morning, our old friend and his whole family from Subang Jaya came to Ipoh for a day trip and it was an opportunity to celebrate our reunion after a long time. We brought our friend and his family to the new Restoran Hung Ting to celebrate and to catch up with our fellowship.
While waiting for the kitchen to prepare our food, we enjoyed boiled red sugar cane drink. This is our favourite drink whenever we eat at this place.
Steamed Snakehead Fish (Ikan Haruan in Malay). A big one for 7 people.

Upon special request by our friend to have more vegetable, the waitress recommended mixed vegetable curry in a clay pot without the fish head. I like this dish, very tasty and appetizing.
Egg omelette (Fu Yong Tan)
Stir-fry greens with spicy fermented bean curd.

DeleteThe egg omelette looks very good. And I love those glasses!! Nice and big and they have handles. If all glasses had handles, I would never drop and break another one.
