After attending church on last Sunday morning, we joined some friends for breakfast at our usual coffee shop. We stayed behind after breakfast for a while to chit chat over a few cups of Chinese tea. On the way home, we dropped by at the plant nursery near our place to buy some garden soil.
I was attracted to this gardening design that can saves space.
A windmill for garden decoration. It will be good a spacious garden.
Beautiful multi-colored bougainvillea plants.
These easily cost a few hundred Ringgit Malaysia per pot.
It was a very hot day and I felt very tired and sleepy.
I dozed off because I could not keep my eyes open.
Woke up and felt too groggy to want to do anything.
So its dinner at Kedai Kopi Tai Kung, Jalan Ong Chin Seong (behind Tow Boo Keong Chinese Temple).
From the steamer, we ordered Bitter Gourd Soup boiled with chicken, tomatoes and peppercorns.
Blanched glass lettuce sprinkled with garlic oil.
2 Threadfin Fishes - Deep fried & crispy, sprinkled with garlic oil and soya sauce. We ordered 2 plates of half portion rice.
Total cost of our dinner = RM31.60 (approx. 7.71 USD).
It was still early when we finished our dinner. We usually come to this place very early about 5 - 5 pm before the food are sold out!
While waiting for our dinner to be served, we noticed this old fashion electric switchboard and the wiring at one corner of the shop. Took a snapshot to share with Tuesday's Treasures.
Linking to Tuesday's Treasures.
And now I want to urgently remind you, dear friends,
of the old rule God gave us right from the beginning,
that Christians should love one another.
If we love God, we will do whatever he tells us to.
And he has told us from the very first to love each other.
(2 John 1:5-6, TLB)

The nursery is very near our house. Sometimes I just drop in to take a look of the flowers there.
DeleteYou must visit plant nurseries like other women visit clothes/shoe shops? :)
ReplyDeleteHa ha Stacy, not really. I only visit the nurseries once in a while when I need to buy soil or plant related things. I seldom drop by. Good thing I am not the shopping person.
