After our dinner at a Thai restaurant posted here on last Thursday evening, our friend insisted on giving us an ice-cream treat. I was game and looking forward to it as my tummy is feeling sourish and hot after the Thai meal. My friend mentioned a place but we did not know where, so she directed the way.
This is the first time we stepped into this place.
My friend insisted on giving us this treat because she couldn't get to pay for the dinner. Hubby has to watch his sugar intake so I consumed most of it.
After tasting the ice cream, we can understand why it is so expensive.
We can't afford to enjoy this often, Both health and pocket wise.
Maybe once a year affair will be okay.

The texture is so smooth and creamy.
There are so many flavour to choose from.
I felt like a little girl, wanting to try a bit of every flavour. Lol!

Very quiet and nice place to enjoy the delicious ice cream and snacks.

A lovely dessert to end the day. I used to eat a lot of this ice cream during college days. 1 scoop each time. Cannot take more than 1 scoop otherwise blow a big hole on my student's pocket. Haha. I remember I like its peppermint chocolate chip flavour.
ReplyDeleteI used to enjoy our local ice creams a lot. Once I tried the Baskin Robbins ice cream and it was very expensive. Now can only afford to enjoy this once in a blue moon. Pensioner like me cannot afford to take this too often.

DeleteHD is too sweet for me. And I don't like ice-cream that much. (Sour grapes haha) I buy these for my kids though as I like the ingredients... cream, milk and only a couple of other ingredients.
